Owned by world-famous chef Rick Bayless, Frontera Grill is famous in Chicago for gourmet Mexican food. Rick and Lanie Bayless and the team at Frontera Restaurant Group asked us to reinvent the basement space below Frontera Grill.

Bar Sotano – Inspired by Mezcal. Lanie Bayless wasn’t technically born in a restaurant, but she was definitely raised in them. Our speakeasy-style mezcal bar will celebrate its first anniversary with a special five-course dinner paired with the bar team’s Mexican market-inspired cocktails.
